They even surprised us with a very good offer on our trade in. The finance office didn’t put us through the usual up-selling tactics either. Everyone was honest and professional, and we even walked out with our choices of new t-shirts. More

Good product/great service We arrived at the dealership and were promptly and pleasantly greeted by Kyle Prell. We described the vehicle we came to see. He checked the inventory We arrived at the dealership and were promptly and pleasantly greeted by Kyle Prell. We described the vehicle we came to see. He checked the inventory and found that it was across the street at the other Pete Moore location. He went across the street and brought the car to us. After the test drive, he asked what it would take to get us in the car today. We gave him a figure and he was off to the sales manager. He returned with a counter offer which was a little above our offer but still a good price. Mr. Prell made us feel at home, got us something to drink and engaged us in friendly conversation while we were waiting for the paperwork to be completed by the Finance Manager...who was also wonderful. Overall, we were very satisfied with the dealership and especially our purchase. We highly recommend the dealership and Mr. Prell. More
