I was disappointed in the service I received in ordering and having installed an automatic starter for my car. First, even though I paid for it up front, they never ordered it until I called them for the 2n and having installed an automatic starter for my car. First, even though I paid for it up front, they never ordered it until I called them for the 2nd time which was 2 months later. Then they had it in 2 days. I had it installed and no one appeared when I picked it up to show me how it worked. Even though I asked. 2 days after installation the car battery died. After replacing the battery and checking everything out, it works fine. I’m enjoying my automatic starter very much. More

My college son came home from Maine over Thanksgiving break with a major break problem. We called the Service Dept on Friday after Thanksgiving and explained the situation. They got his car right in an break with a major break problem. We called the Service Dept on Friday after Thanksgiving and explained the situation. They got his car right in and completed by close of the day. They were amazing and replaced a completely worn down rotor(as well as the others) and did a complete brake job. I can't say how much I appreciated that they were able to get the car right in so my son could drive 6 hours back to college. Everyone in the service department was friendly and kept us informed. This is our first Subaru and we are sold. Highly recommend More
