This was the most incredible purchase of a new car I've ever experienced. I can't say enough about Kyle Reed - I had come to believe that the American work ethic had faded into oblivion. But Kyle proved me ever experienced. I can't say enough about Kyle Reed - I had come to believe that the American work ethic had faded into oblivion. But Kyle proved me wrong - he is the amazing, consumate professional and, though I'm an author, I can't even begin to find the words that adequately express how pleased we were with his professionalism, genuine client interest and care. Throughout the transaction, we were blessed to engage in meaningful conversation with Kyle, and our dialogue concerned a variety of subject that happen to be important to us. As such, it truly 'took the edge off' the purchasing experience. Jim Hudson has a treasure in Kyle and I hope he can hang on to him for years to come. Also, I must say that the staff members we ecountered (John in Finance, and Gordon in Technology) were also a "breath of fresh air." We live in the Charleston area, but Gordon actually drove down to our home solely for the purpose of helping us get acquainted with the many technical aspects of our new RC 350 F Sport. I'm 74-years-old and have purchased numerous new cars in my life time. But this was - by far - the best purchase ever! I truly believe the entire Jim Hudson organization is a "class act!"
