Top shelf salespeople Was a pleasure working with the people at Cool Springs Nissan. Being a prior auto sales person myself, I went into the dealership with what I think Was a pleasure working with the people at Cool Springs Nissan. Being a prior auto sales person myself, I went into the dealership with what I think is a bit more knowledge than some people. But with that said, my wife and I received everything we asked for. My wife walked away happy with her new2015 Nissan Rogue. Had a small hick up, but with a handshake, a smile and thorough assistance. The deal went very smooth. Top shelf service, the cats meow! Plan on being back to make myself a trade! The new Nissan In our personal opinions are missing a couple creature comforts. Such as the standard wimpy rearview mirror(Nissan should one up themselves and factory install the 250$ auto dimming home link rearview mirror, the door locks, every vehicle I have ever owned, I put in park and vwala doors unlock. This vehicle (you have to put in park and completely shut the vehicle off before the doors unlock), I would also like to have in combination with the standard speedo tac. A digital. Keep in mind we have previously owned Land rover, and fully equipped Chevy Equinox . But I think the quality will speak for itself. Maybe Nissan will catchup and install some of the others creature comforts as standard and put em all out to graze. More

Negotiated a GREAT deal !! (I had done alot of research on the vehicle I wanted and spent months searching for the perfect one.) Friendly service from Doug.. Reasonably priced !! More

Kyle Stewart and Donnie in the Finace office made this the most pleasant car experience ever. They respectfully exceeded my expectations and were considerate of every request. I spoke with one salesman who was supposed to call me back with some information and send me an email, but he never did. I called back 2 days later and requested to speak with a different salesman and wa back with some information and send me an email, but he never did. I called back 2 days later and requested to speak with a different salesman and was given Kyle. He was very personable and followed up with all the information I requested. We drove 3 hours to purchase our vehicle and they made it worth the while. More

Working with Kyle Stewart was great, he was very attentive and answered all questions I had with my purchase. However, the finance portion of my purchase was not as smooth. I was given the standard papers to sign and given very little to no explanation as to what I was signing. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be detailed I sat down with Kyle Stewart who then allowed me to speak to the business manager. After speaking to the Business manager I was informed that I had unknowingly signed up for numerous warranties that I did not as for. As well, I was signed up for a maintenance plan that I was not informed about. I wanted the maintenance plan but was not aware of the options. After sitting down with another finance manager he explained the plans and I chose the one that was right for me. More

I had researched the model and options I required before hand and due to the expansi Kyle responded within hours to my request for an internet quote. I had researched the model and options I required before hand and due to the expansive details available on-line from Nissan of Cool Springs I was able to request a quote specific to an in stock vehicle. After seeing the quote I had reservations because the price was well below what I expected. After a few emails back and forth I was convinced the offer was legitimate. I was then contacted by Marty, the finance guy, who answered all my questions concerning financing options, interest rates and final price. I was able to arrange the down payment over the phone and essentially purchased a vehicle without setting foot on the dealerships lot! Upon arriving at the dealership to take delivery, my new Pathfinder was waiting under a covered "delivery" vestibule ready for inspection and a test drive. I arrived at 1:00pm and was driving home in my new car at 2:30pm! Do I need to say anymore? These guys have their act together and I've never been more pleased with a car buying experience!
