My company vehicle a 2021 Promaster 1500 was towed to the dealership after hours on a Friday. The dealership started communicating early next day. So, before I had the time to contact Naples Dodge, my Servic dealership after hours on a Friday. The dealership started communicating early next day. So, before I had the time to contact Naples Dodge, my Service Representative Vendela let me know she would be handling the transaction. From that point on I was: Informed about the steps,, work to be done, explanation of warranty and what good service is about. Not once did she fail to provide me the information I needed to make this a smooth hassle free transaction. Vendela, is good at her job bottom line. Your service department on the whole is efficient, accurate and professional I will say Naples Dodge’s HR Department can spot talent! Thanks again G.S. Sanders/ Liberty Building Management More
