I brought my Ford truck into the dealership for what should have been a routine oil change, expecting to be in and out without issue. Instead, I was hit with an unexpected and aggressive upsell: the service advisor claimed my engine was failing and recommended a full replacement. This came as a shock, considering the truck had been running fine with no warning lights or performance issues. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, turning a basic service into a major expense. What’s worse, after declining the engine replacement, my truck suddenly wouldn’t start when I came to pick it up. It had driven in perfectly that morning, and now it was completely dead. The timing was suspicious, and I couldn’t help but feel like something had been tampered with or mishandled during the inspection. The staff offered vague explanations and seemed more interested in pushing the sale than helping me understand what had gone wrong. The lack of transparency and professionalism was incredibly frustrating. I asked for a detailed diagnostic report, but received nothing more than a verbal claim that the engine was “on its last legs.” No paperwork, no data, just pressure to spend thousands on a new engine. It felt like I was being taken advantage of, and the trust I had in Ford service was completely shattered. Now I’m stuck with a truck that won’t start, a dealership that won’t take accountability, and a sense of betrayal from a brand I used to respect. If you’re considering bringing your vehicle here for service, think twice. What should have been a simple oil change turned into a nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. This is my 5th Ford F-150 and it will certainly be my last.. Dodge Ram 1500 will be next , I run a handyman - contracting company, and we need this for work. More

I have purchased 3 SUV's from DCH Ford and have found them to be one of the best Ford dealerships in the area. There is another Ford dealer much closer to my home, but I will never purchase a vehi found them to be one of the best Ford dealerships in the area. There is another Ford dealer much closer to my home, but I will never purchase a vehicle from them or have my SUV serviced there for varied reasons. Not only is it important where you purchase your vehicle, but just as important is where you will have it serviced and maintained. In the 40+ years of purchasing vehicles, I have never encountered a better service department than the one at DCH Ford. This is due to the Manger of their Service Dept. - Kyle Warren. He is very knowledgeable, kind and patient and answers all of my questions and any concerns or problems that I may have to my complete satisfaction. And my SUV is always fully serviced properly and in a timely fashion. I hope that the management at DCH Ford acknowledges and appreciates Kyle for making their Service Department one of the best that I have ever dealt with. Thanks, Kyle! More
