With my fixed income budget I was only able to extend my current payments a tad. The manager Dennis that I worked with went over several different payment options on 3 different cars and made it work for current payments a tad. This review is about the Sales Representative Blane! Honestly, words can not describe! Usually you know a salesman is going to try to get you for as much as they can and still make you think it’s an ama Honestly, words can not describe! He actually helped me and kept it real with everything. Answered all of my questions and if he didn’t know an exact answer, he’d find it for me that moment! Went through as many cars ss I wanted to see before I found the one for my mother. Which that made it more serious for me because it was for my mother. Awesome personality, wisdom about the cars like I’ve never seen before, and he actually cares for the customer! Really awesome guy, gets personal and actually talks to you, not like some guys where it’s money and that’s it. I respect him a lot and glad I got to meet him and he was the one to help me with my purchase. So again, thank you Blane for everything! More

Made me wait over 30 minutes to an hour plus they throw a lot of nonsense extras on the price of the car. Overinflated BS pricing what they quote on the site is about 2000 less than they write the car up lot of nonsense extras on the price of the car. Great experience at DCH Ford!! Just purchased a new F350. I called them on it after seeing a great price on the internet that was below all surrounding dealers with more options. Just purchased a new F350. I called them on it after seeing a great price on the internet that was below all surrounding dealers with more options. Everyone I dealt with from sales, service and parts went out of their way for me. I added a bunch of accessories from the parts dept and had service install them before I picked up the truck. I scheduled a night to pick up the truck and it was ready for me. Finance found a better rate for me than previously discussed. Everyone was great!! More
