Kyle made purchasing a car easy and actually enjoyable! I was very impressed by the way everything was handled at R & H. Upon meeting Kyle, he listened to what I wanted and was able to steer me in the righ I was very impressed by the way everything was handled at R & H. Upon meeting Kyle, he listened to what I wanted and was able to steer me in the right direction making it easier for me to make a decision, I am a first time Mercedes owner, and I was not familiar with all the options available. When we took the car for a drive, he showed me many of the features in that car. We then went back to his office to find the color etc. that I wanted. And finalize the deal, When I came the next day to buy the car that he was able to get me, there was my car with a ribbon on top of it. It was a great touch! Everyone was very helpful and efficient in getting the paperwork etc. completed. I was set up on the Mercedes Me account and Rae showed me how to do many features on my new car. With all the technology in this car, I am certain Rae and Kyle will be seeing me in the near future. All and all, it was a great experience and I love my new Mercedes. More
