I am a long-time MB owner, having dealt with a dealers nationwide. This was truly the first time that, from the minute I walked in until I left with my new car, I felt the people I dealt with had my interest ahead of their own. Incredibly knowledgeable about the new vehicle, and Fran was able to succinctly explain the options and the respective benefits they offered. I usually immediately say "no" to the extras because it always feels like a sales pitch, but what a difference it makes when you are dealing with true professionals. In the end, they exceeded all expectations set from previous dealerships and I'll certainly be back for future business. More

Kyle understood that we wanted to end our lease early because we were hard sold at the other dealership to buy a sedan when we really wanted to buy out the lease on our SUV. He told us during an earlier visit that we would be able to make an almost even trade to an SUV if we could wait for a loaner car with the options we wanted to come up for sale. I saw the car we wanted online and called him immediately to reserve the car. It was just what we wanted and Kyle made the trade easy. we drove away in our GLC tonight and couldn't be happier. Kyle was a pleasure to work with and we'd recommend him to our friends and family without hesitation. More
