I was very pleased with my salesperson Kyle Williams. I was leasing a 2018 Buick Enclave and had a year left on my lease. I honestly had no plans to end my lease early but AARP sent me info about their mem was leasing a 2018 Buick Enclave and had a year left on my lease. I honestly had no plans to end my lease early but AARP sent me info about their member discounts when purchasing a vehicle and I went online looking at the new Buick’s. Well Kyle Williams saw my info and decided to contact me. He indicated that Buick had some great deals going on and that he could make it affordable to step up to a 2020. Still I wasn’t interested but he persistently continued to email me. Finally I just told him unless he was able to decrease my car payment, I might consider it. I thought I had definitely asked the impossible and gotten rid of him then, but guess what? He got back to me with a couple of options and a lower payment! Now when someone works so hard to secure a sale, I felt I at least had to go and meet with him. Needless to say, I didn’t drive home in my 2018!
