My experience with sales consultant Kylee Thompson was fantastic. Her enthusiasm was contagious! She made me feel like a person not a sale. Sale process was really smooth and my salesperson was spot on with her professional presentation. Although next day went to wash my windows and my washer fluid went all over the ground as the hose to th spot on with her professional presentation. I would figure this is an item that would be checkout when you present the car for sale. I now have to take it in to have it hooked up. The hose was coiled up next to the firewall like it was noticed but tucked out of the way. This little fix would have allowed me to give you a five star plus rating. More

I live in Crownpoint Indiana. I’ve visited several dealerships in my area. No one had a car that I needed. They all wanted me to put a deposit on a vehicle which they could not even identify where it dealerships in my area. No one had a car that I needed. They all wanted me to put a deposit on a vehicle which they could not even identify where it might be or when it would come in. I called your dealership and spoke with Kylee,a sales lady who was extremely accommodating. She did not insist on a deposit but rather assured me that she would do all in her power to find me a vehicle. Then we would talk about the financial arrangement.She did exactly that along with her staff and found me a Rav 4LE within a week! Kylee was wonderful to work with,as was the paperwork procedure staff member. Your dealership was recommended to me by a friend who also purchased a vehicle from your company.
