I cannot say enough good things about Faricy Kia and, especially, my salesman, Toby. From start to finish, Toby went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible and had a great experience especially, my salesman, Toby. From start to finish, Toby went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible and had a great experience throughout the entire process. He was incredibly diligent, responsive, and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another sale. He took the time to work through everything with me, answered all of my questions, and put in the extra effort to make sure I walked away happy with both the vehicle and the deal. It’s rare to have a car-buying experience where you feel like the salesperson is truly working for you, but that was absolutely the case with Toby. I really appreciate everything he and the team at Faricy Kia did for me. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future and would highly recommend asking for Toby if you’re looking for a new vehicle!
