Terrible service, they sold me a car with no AC, then I had to take it in to get the AC fix. Gabrielle in Service was awful to deal with. The first time they just charged it with freon and the AC worked had to take it in to get the AC fix. Gabrielle in Service was awful to deal with. The first time they just charged it with freon and the AC worked for one day, then it stopped. I had to take it back and Gabrielle would not call me back for 3 weeks, I finally asked to be changed service advisor, and they gave me Troy who is very efficient. I took the car in and they fixed the condenser, then I went to pick it up and the AC still didn't work. They kept if for another 4 days and finally changed the compressor. Mazda obviously is lacking in the Quality Control of both new cars, and then in their service department. No apology has been made for selling me a defective car, nor for wasting all the time trying to get it fixed. I will not be purchasing another Mazda car in the future. More

From start to finish, this was a great car buying experience! Collin was super helpful and spent plenty of time showing me different models and explaining the features and value for each. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy, but ended up loving the CX-30. The financing process was a breeze and the finance manager made sure to go over everything in my contract. Overall, this is a great place to buy a car! More

This dealership pulled a bait and switch. Not one but two members of the sales team told me they could go with my OTD offer on a vehicle and they came back with some ridiculous quote where th Not one but two members of the sales team told me they could go with my OTD offer on a vehicle and they came back with some ridiculous quote where they made up a ridiculously high number, applied a discount (which brought it to my offer), then charged me with thousands of dollars in add-ons and fees which, at the end of the day, they wouldn’t back down on. They wasted my time and theirs just to toy with me and then tell me to jog on. DON’T GO HERE FOR A FAIR DEAL OR GOOD USE OF TIME! More

Took my daughter to buy a CX30, Chad was a nice guy to sell us a car but not to give us service afterwards.
