I was a first time buyer myself and didn't fully know everything going into the purchase, but he made the process go nothing but smoothly. Even before I walked into the dealership, he was commutative over the phone about how the buying process will go and how he will help with each step once I arrived. Throughout the time at the dealership he will make you feel comfortable, whether that's him asking you need any snacks/drinks or him just having conversations with you while you're waiting. After the car was sold, he checks up on you and how you feel and are doing with the car after a few days to even a week later.
