I inquired on a vehicle that I had saw on the website. Submitted my information and went into the dealer. Once I arrived I was handed off to the cars sales person by the name of Liliana who was running ar Submitted my information and went into the dealer. Once I arrived I was handed off to the cars sales person by the name of Liliana who was running around the entire time, seemed flustered and in a rush. Took me on a test drive, and once we returned rarely saw her again. She had me speak with someone else, not sure who it was and then on the phone and never saw her again. She did make sure multiple times though, that her name was on ALL of the documents to ensure she was given her commission for the sale. When the truth is, the car she took me on the test drive on prior to her leaving wasn't even the car I purchased. I can see why she was "Top car sales person in that dealer" according to her.... The dealer then ended up running numbers for the wrong car, sat me with the finance department in which that individual was also just as rude if not worse. The best customer service I received the entire visit was by the individual that stated he would stay at the dealer until I was able to return that afternoon to pick up the vehicle. Overall, the experience was not the best at all. Which is what they apparently stand by. If anyone asked me to return, the truth is. I would not, nor would I recommend my worst enemy to this dealer. To top it all off, multiple times throughout this process, I advised them that I was not from the area and drove over an hour and half to see the vehicle. Come to find out they offer at home delivery which was not once mentioned or offered. Don't waste your time or anyones time with this dealership. More

Initially the saleswoman was very kind and helped me select the best option. However, the day after having the car I realized that everything was a scam because the car was delivered without a battery a select the best option. Tried to scam me with a $200 a month warranty “required” per finance at the close, would have cost me $12000 over the term of the loan!!!! Got my own bumper to bumper for $80. Then the “Hendrickson” $3000 per finance at the close, would have cost me $12000 over the term of the loan!!!! Got my own bumper to bumper for $80. Then the “Hendrickson” $3000 super certification to insure the vehicle was perfect? Next day my oil light goes on!!! No oil!! If they didn’t even check the oil let alone change it indicates they didn’t due jack, total scam obviously. Don’t walk away from these people, run!!!!!!! More
