The radio touch screen did not work in the Mitsubishi outlander. I believe they knew that and pushed the car as the best value on the used car lot so they could unload a lemon. When questioned about it they did not offer to fix it. Luckily I purchased the extended warranty that covers it but have a $200 copay. I did ask about it on the test drive but was quickly directed to another subject. Granted I should have followed up but was overwhelmed with other information. It would be nice if they would offer to pay the deductible. BUYER BEWARE More

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company doesn’t care once they have the sell. I had to take my car in for repairs 3 weeks after my purchase. They then forgot to file the title This company doesn’t care once they have the sell. I had to take my car in for repairs 3 weeks after my purchase. They then forgot to file the title work and didn’t even realize it until I called 2 weeks before my temporary tag was going to expire. I finally get the title work and had issues with it and had to call multiple times to get them to speak with me. More
