Truck Month Deals! Ha! thats total false advertising at this dealer. DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING THEY SAY. I went to purchase my first pick up truck during truck month, h Ha! thats total false advertising at this dealer. DO NOT BELIEVE EVERYTHING THEY SAY. I went to purchase my first pick up truck during truck month, had been waiting so long for the new redesigned chevy Silverado. The salesmen that greeted me was Many Celis, he took me to test drive the truck and told me all the details about it, no complains there. He was being helped by another salesman Lukasz. To make my story short they offered me a good deal for my trade in and i decided to purchase the vehicle. Lukasz offered me a warranty on wear and tear on the inside and outside of the vehicle which was a dealer complementary package, he said i was supposed to receive the welcome package in the mail. I purchase my car back in March and till this date i have not received anything. This year chevy was offering 1K towards accessories on the purchase of a new Silverado with the truck month sales event. Lukasz told me at the time of the negotiation that i would be getting that because of the price tag on the truck, we were even looking at the accessories in his computer. He then said I would be getting the credit once the deal was closed in chevy rewards. A few weeks passed by and I only got $125 but that was because of the transaction, there was no bonus points. I did a little more research about the promotion and found out that i was supposed to get the credit at the time of purchase. I contacted Manny and he said that was true and that there was nothing he could do, yet Lukasz had told me otherwise. I decided to contact GM directly and explain the situation, they said that they did not see any problem as to why the dealership would not give me the credit. They took my case and the spoke to the sales manager Kelvin. I then received an email from GM which they had copied from Kelvin stating that I was confirm to get the $1000 accessories bonus, and customer would just need to go to dealer and ask for him. GM also provided me with his information to contact him and see how to proceed. I called Kelvin and told him what GM had sent me. He then said NO and that I was not getting anything because I had already gotten a good deal on the truck and my financing terms would not qualify me. (yet GM told me otherwise). He told that it was stated in my contract which i reviewed and I did not find such statement. Those terms were not even on their advertising flayer. Kelvin then brought Lukasz to the phone so he could hear what i was saying, I then addressed Lukasz and he denied everything he had told me the day of the deal. I don't understand why they adversed such a deal and not respect it, is not like i purchase a $500 vehicle. GM reps told me that the 1K towards accessories is something chevy offers and that there is no reason for the dealer not to give it to the customers, they don't loose any money since its a manufacturers promotion. First and last time i purchase a chevy vehicle. More

I am very happy with Jose and Lukas service at Advantage Chevy. They was honest and didn't play games. I recommend customers in the future look for these guys if purchasing new vehicle.
