Lacey embarked on her journey in the automotive industry following a challenging experience while attempting to purchase a vehicle of her own. Realizing that the process of acquiring a vehicle should be more straightforward, she eagerly joined the team at Ron Tonkin Chevrolet in April 2017. As a dedicated sales consultant, Lacey's primary goal was to assist our esteemed clients in discovering the perfect vehicle that catered to their requirements and brought them joy. Since then, she has transitioned into the role of finance manager, where she now focuses on guiding our clients in finding cost-effective solutions to finance and safeguard their vehicles. Outside of her professional life, Lacey cherishes the moments spent with her loving husband and daughters, as well as the time she devotes to her beloved horses.

The dealership provided great customer service throughout the process of purchasing my vehicle! I put a car on order and they kept me updated on the status and when it would be expected to arrive. They gave the process of purchasing my vehicle! I put a car on order and they kept me updated on the status and when it would be expected to arrive. They gave me a great tour of the car’s features and answered all my questions. Throughout the process they were friendly, professional, and communicative. I am very happy with my experience and I would definitely purchase my next car here. That is not something I’d say for other dealerships! More

Logan was very patient with indecisiveness and kept checking in as the Bolt I ordered was delayed. He's easy to work with and not pushy. He was also willing to come in on his day off to close the deal checking in as the Bolt I ordered was delayed. He's easy to work with and not pushy. He was also willing to come in on his day off to close the deal after I had been such a difficult customer! Lacey suggested a 9 year electronic warranty--all you need for an electric car. It was reasonably priced. More

Chris Kocalis was fantastic! Started talking through email and was able to answer all my questions there. Met him in person to test drive in Chevy Bolt EV. Discussed what trims, options and add-ons were available. After thinking about for a day, went back and purchased my first EV. Super happy with the whole experience. Lacey was the finance person and walked me through the whole process. Both were very patient with me. I highly recommend working with Chris to get your Chevy Bolt. More
