Lacey S and the entire service department was amazing. Very communicative, polite and knowledgeable. The folks in the parts department that also helped me were outstanding. My only gripe is I got a sleep Very communicative, polite and knowledgeable. The folks in the parts department that also helped me were outstanding. My only gripe is I got a sleepy sales call from a guy named Rick or Rike asking if I wanted to trade in my ram towards a F250. I don’t really care for shifty sales tactics when I just want to get my vehicle repaired. Nice attempt I suppose. More

I have bought many vehicles from Dealers in my 70 years of existence and dealt with many Service Depts. and making a long long story short all I can say is this was by far the most pleasant experience I ha of existence and dealt with many Service Depts. and making a long long story short all I can say is this was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a service dept , Lacey was my service wrighter and she was allways on it kept me informed of everything that was going on with my truck that another dealer in Vegas had totally messed up on , I now have my truck back and it runs better than ever , So Thank You Lacey and Bret for everything More
