I’ve given this review some thought. Clayverson was honestly wonderful to work with at first. Listen we all make mistakes and some times decisions. We purchased a vehicle a couple days a Clayverson was honestly wonderful to work with at first. Listen we all make mistakes and some times decisions. We purchased a vehicle a couple days ago and discovered that it didn’t have rear passenger side airbags. I signed the contract and drove vehicle off the lot. I understand that 100%. My wife doesn’t feel the vehicle is safe for our young children, I called a day later asking if we could return the vehicle, we likely would have purchased another vehicle from Clayverson. Instead Clayverson has ghosted us. Not even the common courtesy to return a phone call and have a conversation. This is rude and quite unprofessional. 1 you don’t fumble your words and say you’ll need to check with the GM then “oh he’s off today and I’ll have to check tomorrow” Clayverson said he’d call me today, do you think he did? Nope! More
