I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance for a pretty important recall replacement for airbags. I was told it would be done that day. Then when I did a follow up call close to the end of the day, pretty important recall replacement for airbags. I was told it would be done that day. Then when I did a follow up call close to the end of the day, I was told there was a mistake and the parts had not been ordered. The part I guess came in the next day but I was not told it had been finished until close to closing that day. So I did not have enough time to go up that day. I would have just waited until the next day to tell a customer. Why tell a customer it's ready during closing? As for the missing part, I'm not sure what happened there. More
