My husband got the online experience started and we lucked up getting Lamar as our contact person. He made us feel comfortable and right at home from the beginning. He listened to us as we discussed what we wanted in a new vehicle and answered our questions. The rain never slowed him down and he was excited to show us all the features on the vehicles I drove. He listened again as I struggled with decisions and was comforting when deciding if I wanted to trade my vehicle or not. Still then, he was not pushy, walking away to give me the time I needed to make that decision. Lamar did not rush anything, even when we were there past closing time.
