My husband got the online experience started and we lucked up getting Lamar as our contact person. He made us feel comfortable and right at home from the beginning. He listened again as I struggled with decisions and was comforting when deciding if I wanted to trade my vehicle or not. Still then, he was not pushy, walking away to give me the time I needed to make that decision. Lamar did not rush anything, even when we were there past closing time. He knew every detail about the Palisades and made sure we got exactly what we wanted without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. There were several we were interested in and even though it was raining Vols and Dawgs, Lamar made sure to put us in the driver seat of each one and drive while he went over the differences between that particular vehicle and the Limited which we were most interested in.
