I just left the dealership in my new vehicle and couldn’t be more pleased, not only from the vehicle choice but also with the outstanding customer service experience. Lance was professional and efficient, bu be more pleased, not only from the vehicle choice but also with the outstanding customer service experience. Lance was professional and efficient, but also friendly and accommodating. He asked me all the pertinent questions about what I was looking for and what was important to me, and then made recommendations as to what might best suit my needs. He was very knowledgeable and proactively explained all the differences in the vehicles/packages I was considering. I left feeling that I got a very fair deal and the best vehicle for me. We visited Mike Rezi Nissan on a Sunday afternoon and received great customer service from Lance. He was very patient with us. He also was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were test driving.
