I like the service that I Receive at Mercedes-Benz. The Service Rep Aly Is extremely helpful and makes me feel like he really cares about me, and providing good service on my car to resolve any problem The Service Rep Aly Is extremely helpful and makes me feel like he really cares about me, and providing good service on my car to resolve any problems that I have. I truly like the excellent customer service. I like to sit in waiting area, which is Extremely comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the snacks that you provide a full of sugar and carbs and not healthy. It would be nice if you have little fruit cups, fruit, mini sandwiches, skinny popcorn, nuts, mints.and cans or bottles of different juices. Since people have to wait often 2 or more hours. If a microwave and refrigerator was available it would nice if it was stocked with breakfast and lunch sandwich that could be heated up. I think something’s like that would be a huge improvement. It would make your customers feel appreciated. After all people are spending lots of money, If none of this works perhaps, having the porters make a run to get a sandwiches from a local area business. The dealership could afford to spend $10.00 on each customer to have a good experience. Thank you for looking at my suggestions. More

My car is almost 20 years old and I scheduled a 21 point inspection of my car at the time of my oil change when I scheduled my appointment by phone. When I arrived the service attendant informed me that th inspection of my car at the time of my oil change when I scheduled my appointment by phone. When I arrived the service attendant informed me that the 21 point inspection can only be completed when a full service is done and I was only having an oil change. I showed him the email from Mercedes that confirmed the 21 point inspection. I received no remarks or recommendations regarding the inspection. I appreciated the ride home while I had to wait 2 hours for the service. I have been a customer since 2002. More
