Everyone was friendly, responsive, and work was done in a timely manner. The only issue was making the appointment. The first time was to use the concierge service. When the day of the appointment came, I was told there were no cars. I made the second appointment for the service person to come to my home to do the update and I was told it would take up to two hours. When he came out he said it would take at least four hours. The third time I went to the dealership and had a loaner car reserved. I’m not fussy but the car was given to me looking like it had been in an off road trip. It was filthy. They did offer to wash it, but I was already late for an appointment because I had to wait so long for the car. Again, the service people were kind, and professional but it seems there could be better communication on service options that are offered that may not be exactly as told. More
