Weston Lincoln has the best service I have experienced anywhere. Scheduling is always easy. Quality of service is always five star and consistent. The staff is friendly and professional. They have a variety of transportation options if needed for convenience. I’ve used them a few times and the experience was excellent. I have also waited for maintenance and been able to continue working in the waiting area, which is thoughtfully laid out and comfortable. I have all of my vehicle maintenance for all of our family vehicles completed with their service department. We have now purchased four vehicles from them and they have earned our business for life. In a world where honesty, integrity and service are rarely displayed, but desperately needed…West End Lincoln sets the bar at 5 stars every time. More

Overall, our experience was mixed. When we purchased our vehicle, our salesperson didn’t seem very happy that we chose to use our own financing because we were able to secure a lowe When we purchased our vehicle, our salesperson didn’t seem very happy that we chose to use our own financing because we were able to secure a lower interest rate. We also felt pressured when we were told that even if we put money down, the vehicle could be sold between Saturday and Monday. During our test drive, we discovered that the rear air conditioning was blowing hot air. This was something we noticed ourselves, even though we assumed the vehicle had been thoroughly inspected before being listed for sale. We had to bring the vehicle back the following week to have it diagnosed, and we spent nearly five hours at the dealership waiting. Once the repair was scheduled, we were without our vehicle for two weeks, which was very frustrating and inconvenient. The bright spot in our experience was Rose. She provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She kept us informed throughout the repair process, and before an upcoming trip, she even drove a rental vehicle to our home so we wouldn’t be without transportation. Her communication, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made a difficult situation much easier. Rose is a tremendous asset to the dealership, and we truly appreciate everything she did for us. More

Terrible follow up, calls not returned promises not kept. He would let used car manager know and get back to me. Made 6 calls, messsges texts no follow up. 2 weeks later spoke with Lance, said it’s a used car and they are not responsible for tire changing tools ( safety concern if there’s a flat) no way to change. After a lot of run around he was going to look into it. Another week nothing, called back on a Saturday was informed he wasn’t in but spoke to Derrick, started all over. Lance than did fall back that very day stated they had parts and would mail out as I’m one hour away. Ok waited another week not parts no calls nothing. Month later I’m not sure if they are coming or not. I feel I truly am not valued as a customer though I have them $27000 which I should have spent elsewhere. “Buy happy” not in my case More
