I believe we were given a good deal and the sales manager worked with us to help close on financing. However, there was no follow up by sales associate when we had questions and the service package details worked with us to help close on financing. However, there was no follow up by sales associate when we had questions and the service package details were misleading. We were led to believe they were for entire duration of lease but will expire due to miles 3/4 way through. At first service appointment, the sales associate was not personable and did not talk to me (female) about any findings or what was done afterwards. It was a “sign here” and handed keys and showed door. I’m bringing my husband next time. More
