Purchased my car here so figured I’d give them a shot to service my vehicle. Let’s just say I will not be returning. From the moment I got there to the moment I left I did not feel like my experience there service my vehicle. Let’s just say I will not be returning. From the moment I got there to the moment I left I did not feel like my experience there mattered at all. Took almost 5 minutes to be greeted with no other customers in line. I got a tire rotation and an oil change and I was there waiting for 3 and a half hours. Nobody came to check on me to tell me there was a delay or they were just finishing up. This kind of service is unacceptable for paying almost $200. Will not be recommending to my friends or family and will not be back to service my vehicle. There is so much competition out there… show your customers you care. More

After a previous visit didn’t go completely as planned, they reached out to me and made sure to make up was completely satisfied with their services. Not only was my car repaired, but they made sure I was taken care of as well. They didn’t want me to be inconvenienced at all. They even delivered my vehicle back to me and returned the loaner I had used. I appreciate how they take customer complaints seriously and didn’t just blow me off. It takes integrity to do that.
