This company should be investigated criminally. We spent nearly $250,000 in buying two new vehicles from them which included their Premium Black Label package. They have continually not honored w We spent nearly $250,000 in buying two new vehicles from them which included their Premium Black Label package. They have continually not honored what was promised for this package/service. Most recently, they have had our vehicle in to fix running boards that haven't worked since we first picked it up. They have had the vehicle in their possession for many weeks, and now are saying they will not cover this, nor will they provide the black label service we paid in full for up front! Most importantly - we have made dozens of calls, voicemails and emails and no one will get back to us. The vehicle is still in their possession and they won't even speak to us or give our vehicle back! We can't even get a response. More
