I bought my first brand new Jeep here back in 2012. I luv it. I just decided to upgrade to a 2020 Sahara which I adore. Excellent customer service all around, from the sales department to the service department. I’ve been to all the other Jeep dealerships and I wouldn’t trade this one for the world, mind you I have one a few minutes away. I will go the extra time just to come to the Bayside dealership instead. Turgo is an excellent salesman. I am a very demanding and picky customer but I must say that he met all my needs and expectations. Terry was also excellent in getting my finance and giving me detain information on my transaction along with answering all my questions and looking for the best deal for me. I must add that the service department is excellent specially my favorite advisor Jay. He is very professional and has always takes care of me in a prompt and professional manner. I thank Lance too since he helped for the final sale to go through. I recommend this dealership to everyone with my eyes closed. I have been to others but like I said before there is no comparison. More
