We also wanted to clarify one point regarding the current Hyundai financing offers, as there may have been some confusion. The promotional 0% APR offers on select new Hyundai models — including certain 2026 IONIQ 5, IONIQ 9, Tucson, and Santa Fe models — are not “0% for 90 days.” The 0% APR applies for the full loan term (up to 60 months for qualified buyers), while the “no payments for 90 days” promotion simply delays the first payment; the interest rate itself does not increase afterward. Of course, every buyer’s situation, vehicle selection, loan structure, trade equity, and lender qualifications are different, and we completely understand that many customers with low-rate “COVID-era” loans may prefer to keep the vehicles they already have. We genuinely appreciate the feedback regarding communication from our service department as well. With the volume of repair orders we handle, response times can occasionally lag during peak periods, but that is something we are continuously working to improve.
