Been going to your dealership over a decade. I had to wait an extra hour at the shop for the service rep to return back to work from having to pick up his daughter at school. Still don't know how the inspection went for the 60,000 mile Service nothing was really explained to us. We do understand employees sometimes have to bring their kids into work, but it affects the communication with the customers.. *We've been complaining about the 2 to 6 miles an hour transmission slipping problems, for over 6 years with Lance Said they looked at it, but it still does it.. very annoying...
