Great experience. We started off working with Lance Ward on a new car and couldn't decide. Lance didn't pressure us and we left without buying anything the first day. The service guys did a great job cleaning it up for us and even spent nearly an hour the next day getting all the fancy new electronic stuff set up just right for my wife. More

I visited Coastal Nissan in Cohasset to look at a low- mileage 2008 Liberty. I ended up buying it after a brief test drive. The sales staff, particularly Lance, were all very helpful and really gave the impression that they were all working for me. They really have car buying down to a science. I got there a little after 11, and by 6 I was driving my "new" car home, with financing at a favorable rate, and all the paperwork headaches taken care of by them. Both my daughter and I have now bought cars from Coastal (she bought a brand new VW from them) and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car! More
