Bought a 2020 Jeep Gladiator that has a Kelley warranty on it and had it less than 2 weeks and transmission went out. Dropped it off Thursday morning and now it's Tuesday afternoon and was told they were w on it and had it less than 2 weeks and transmission went out. Dropped it off Thursday morning and now it's Tuesday afternoon and was told they were working on the paperwork and haven't even started working on the jeep yet. This isn't what you call great or even good service period. More
