Cindy listened to how I want things to work and the timelines I wanted to do things in. She listened to what my expectations and desires were from the start and did her best to work within those guidel timelines I wanted to do things in. Unlike Valdosta Nissan who would not stop calling me daily even after I explained my timeline to them and clearly asked them to stop calling, Cindy created a no pressure process and clearly wanted me to walk away with that I wanted, and not the most expensive sale she could push on me. Landon made the auto loan process very quick and painless, explained all my options and helped me find an extended warranty that worked for me. He answered all my questions, worked well with my bank, and again created a very relaxed no pressure environment that was comfortable to work in. Peter in the service department gave me a good break down of upcoming maintenance and answered all my questions in detail, and explained what needed to be done, why, and the best way of going about things, even though his shift had ended and he was about to walk out the door at the end of a long day. He was ready to get me booked for an appointment, understood my financial situation and helped me prioritize service work that was coming due. All in all, everyone I delt with at O'Steen did their best to give me the best experience posable, give me the information I needed to make an informed decision, while creating a pressure free environment. I walked away feeling like they cared more about helping me find what I needed, within the scope I gave them, then they were about making a sale or the biggest sale they could. They didn't' try to upsell me for the simple fact of making a better sale. Cindy was polite, listened to me which was very important to me. Was kind, courteous, and very excited. She let me move at my own pace through the process and worked with me prior to my visit and test drive to get as much paperwork and supporting documentation turned in before I arrived, so we could speed up the purchase process, and reduce my time doing paperwork at their facility to the bare minimum. They worked with me to get me what I wanted, instead of pressuring me into what they wanted. They clearly care about their customers and treat them like family. I've Been working with both sides of the house for 13 years now, you don't have loyal customers like that unless you know how to treat the customer. More
