The vehicle purchase process is inefficient. It takes too long to close a deal. Process needs major overhaul to improve the customer experience. My loan rate was based on the amount I was borrowing ($14,000 @ 6%), rather than my excellent credit. I should have been offered a lower interest rate. I did not enjoy the car buying experience here.
