I recently had the pleasure of working with Geno Hernandez while purchasing my new Yukon, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Geno took the time to understand my Hernandez while purchasing my new Yukon, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Geno took the time to understand my needs and helped guide me toward the right vehicle for my family. What really stood out was his commitment to customer service. The specific Yukon I wanted was located at another dealership, and Geno went above and beyond to make sure it was brought in so I could get exactly what I was looking for. Of course, none of that would have been possible without the support and approval of Mustafa. As a manager, Mustafa clearly leads by example and works closely with his sales team to ensure customers have a positive buying experience. His willingness to assist and help make the deal happen speaks volumes about his dedication to both his team and his customers. Let's be honest, buying a vehicle can be both exciting and stressful. There are a lot of decisions to make, and at the end of the day, the numbers have to make sense. What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure. Geno and Mustafa worked with me, answered my questions, and helped put together a deal that I felt comfortable with. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by Classic GMC and asking for Geno Hernandez. The combination of excellent customer service, strong leadership from Mustafa, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction made this one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I've had. Thank you, Geno and Mustafa, for going the extra mile and helping make the purchase of my Yukon a great experience! More
