Lanie turned an otherwise potential unpleasant experience into an great experience. Very helpful and responsive, I feel like she went the extra mile. For the dealership- Not sure why you think it is accepta into an great experience. Very helpful and responsive, I feel like she went the extra mile. For the dealership- Not sure why you think it is acceptable to have a "policy" of telling a customer that your repair time for anything outside of basic service is 4-5 days. (Even with in-stock parts) As a dealer, you should be raising the bar, not lowering it. We set an appointment time for a REPAIR, not to just DROP OFF our vehicle for a repair. More
