Worst Experience Ever! As a car salesperson, it is imperative that he/she can provide pertinent information to finalize a sale. Nia could not answer basic questions regardi As a car salesperson, it is imperative that he/she can provide pertinent information to finalize a sale. Nia could not answer basic questions regarding the features of the car. She was very arrogant, argumentative, and rude to the loan officer and myself. We could hear Nia and other staff speaking negatively about me as the customer. I told her that we could hear, and shared that the owner would not be pleased. She represented the dealership poorly. The customer service at this dealership was terrible!!! More

I was buying my first Truck and I had A LOT of questions. It took me a long time to figure out exactly what I needed and Michael spent so much time on finding the truck with exactly what i needed. He took me on a bunch of test drives to go over the various choices i was making. In the end I absolutely LOVE my ne RAM 1500 Limited. After I chose the Truck I braced myself for the nightmare 4 hours with the finance department that I'm used to with other dealers. Nope - that was awesome too Lanre had me out of there in just over half an hour. If you are buying a Truck or Jeep I cannot recommend this dealership enough.
