I went in with that stereotype mindset that I would be bombarded with a bunch of sale pitches and scams. I was proven wrong. Larry Bain took the time to sit down with me, get to know me a little bit, and simply discuss the cars they have. I did not feel pressured to buy anything. From that point on, my sales person, Larry Bain, made sure my purchase experience of a new RAV 4 met (and exceeded) my expectations from the test drive to a follow up call a couple days later.
