I went in with that stereotype mindset that I would be bombarded with a bunch of sale pitches and scams. I was proven wrong. Larry Bain took the time to sit down with me, get to know me a little bit, and simply discuss the cars they have. I did not feel pressured to buy anything. It turned out to be a phone problem, but they spent the time and effort to verify it was not a car problem.
