Very satisfied. Larry Becker was very helpful and responsive. I never felt that there was a hard sell on any of the extras, and I felt that he was honest with me. Our dealership We and our daughter have bought numerous Subarus from them and though we are an hour away we try to have them service our cars. They have done most of We and our daughter have bought numerous Subarus from them and though we are an hour away we try to have them service our cars. They have done most of our oil changes and all of hour 'required' check-ups (25K etc). They recently replaced a failed battery under the warranty. In all, they seem to know their stuff. Dawn in scheduling is a nice person to deal with. Some of their front desk people could use some work on interpersonal skills, but most are quite nice. More
