He called me two days later to let me know that a white model was just coming off the truck and he was able to secure that car for me. Wonderful surprise. After having the worst service experience of my life attempting a repair on my minivan at Napleton's River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I took a LONGSHOT and pinged the BDC at Napleton's River Oaks Honda. I was honest: I knew I was upside down in value on my 2018 Pacifica. That it was up on the rack, and I didn't know when I'd get it back. I wanted reliability in a minivan. No more hassles like this. Haeli passed me to Dan and Faris. They walked across the street to assess my minivan. They put together a deal, and without heavy pressure, let me know it was there to do with as I pleased. Mulled it all over, and came to the dealership with a few nits to pick. I brought my professional negotiator (no lies: I'm 41, and I brought my dad. He could have a doctorate in negotiation when it comes to car buying). I'll spare all the gory details. Suffice to say Faris (who was the salesman to close things with us) was a consummate professional — no matter how many arrows were slung from my grouchy dad. We reached an agreeable deal where I was able to leave with payments that HURT (they always were going to), but so much less than I'd feared they'd have to be. Faris was absolutely a dream to work with again. My only regret is Honda's are so reliable (so they say), that I won't need to see him again for a new car until he's likely running the place! Kudos to the whole team for doing the impossible: making me say a good word about a Napleton dealership. More
