We always had great prompt service and decided we would work with them on the purchase of a new vehicle when the time came. After visiting their lot on a Sunday we decided to go and speak to someone to assist us in the lease/purchase of a new vehicle. Our sales rep, Larry Dalton, couldn't have been more helpful. He assisted us with every concern and question we had helping us to make the best decision for us. He explained all the features of our new vehicle and was very helpful to get us set up with all the "new" technology. We couldn't be more pleased with our entire visit leaving with a brand new Chevy Colorado! We'd give them 10 stars if we could because the entire journey was so satisfying! More

Make no mistake, the Tahoe is a great I came in to the dealership to look at suvs that might meet my needs better than the Tahoe I recently purchased. Make no mistake, the Tahoe is a great vehicle. I just found it to be much more than my wife and I needed. Larry met me in the lot and helped me look at a few cars. I found a very low mileage Cadillac XT5 that interested me and we took it for a ride. The car had all the things I felt that I needed so we went in to look at numbers. I had already done my research on the Tahoe and after some checking on the value of the Caddy I was prepared to negotiate. I was pleasantly surprised when the sales manager came back with a reasonable offer for my Tahoe and a good price on the Caddy. For once at a dealorship they were making what I thought was a reasonable offer that I did not even have to counter. I have bought many cars over the years and this is rare and speaks volumes for this dealership. Larry has been pleasant, helpful and professional throughout the process. I intend to make use of their service department and expect that I will be well pleased if the sales department is any measure of how I will be treated. More

Purchase Experience I went to look at a Cadillac SUV just to look at the size of it knowing I had a friend in Rock Hill that had one for sale. I told our salesman Larry I went to look at a Cadillac SUV just to look at the size of it knowing I had a friend in Rock Hill that had one for sale. I told our salesman Larry Dalton upfront on this and he was very helpful showing us a car know he was not going to get a sale. Once we decided it was too small and told him our toyota solara convertible was just totaled and we always have enjoyed Toyotas, I asked if he had any used Camrys. He said he had one and showed us the car. Larry was very helpful and there was no pressure which I really appreciated. By the end of our stay we ended up purchasing this car. We were headed out of town the next day and would not be able to get our financing until we got back. After we did this and we picked up the car we realized that they only had one key to the car. They knew I was upset that I was not told this upfront and they were very accommodating in covering the cost to get a key and have it programmed to our car. I always dread a car purchasing time but they made this a very plesant experience. More
