Hello Jessica, I am so disappointed with Boch Toyota and the way I was treated by Larry who was the "so called" service manager. When I purchased my car I was told loaner cars would be available when my car needed service. I never thought my 2018 Toyota would give me problems less than two years of owning the car. I have purchased numerous Toyota's from other dealerships and have never been treated this way or had any issues with my cars. I left my car at Boch for them to tell me that I needed a new battery. They did not properly diagnose my car after I told them it was not the battery since I had someone from the towing company check it. I had to pay 390 dollars at another Toyota dealership who properly diagnosed my vehicle and it was not the battery. Any feedback from you would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Maddy
