Battery Replacement The repair service was good. The Service Rep, Larry, gave me options to consider. The person at the food cafe was very helpful when the dealership The repair service was good. The Service Rep, Larry, gave me options to consider. The person at the food cafe was very helpful when the dealership was out of cream so the coffee machine. I had suggested to someone in the dealership office that they put a sign out that they were out of cream but apparently no one followed up -at least not in the next hours 2 that I was there. At least the person at the food cafe offered to give me some dry non-dairy creamer. More

I am extremely pleased with the experience I was very pleased to see Larry again. He was the very first person I encountered when made my first visit to the service dept and he answered my ques I was very pleased to see Larry again. Tires from BOCH Toyota - Not honoring the Quote I am trying to buy Tires from BOCH TOYOTA NORWOOD in Massachusetts. I selected the tires online and got the Quote in email. I got a call from NANCY fr I am trying to buy Tires from BOCH TOYOTA NORWOOD in Massachusetts. I selected the tires online and got the Quote in email. I got a call from NANCY from dealership on 21st OCT to confirm my request, they have not confirmed the Tires are ordered yet and now they are telling me that the Good Year has stopped making these tires and offering me not known brand tires now, There is Buy3 get 1 free deal on Toyota dealers, I wanted to make use of the deal. I purchased the car from BOCH Toyota only and now only they don't care of their customer. The tires are freely available on Internet from other sellers, The tire I am looking for is Goodyear Assurance® MaxLife™ 245/55R19 size. I am not sure why they are lying to me that Goodyear doesn't manufacture the tires any more. I do not understand why they do not want to fulfill my order, I am working with Larry from Service Department. I have the quote in the email with me as proof. More
