There was one other dealer that i was going to go to after this dealer that had a cross tour . After meeting with Larry and learning about the dealership we made a decision based on the following: 1. Larry was patient, professional and personable. Made us feel important and welcome regardless of what was being presented to him. 2. The dealer certification program is really the best. There isn't another dealer on the island that can beat it. 3. The entire staff at Atlantic Honda from Larry, to the Manager to the Finance department were always professional and informed us of every aspect of the purchase. Definately a good experience. When I saw the car I wanted on-line, I chuckled because I bought my 2004 Accord at Atlantic Honda. Now living 162 miles away was not a deterrent because the car is solid and a pleasure to drive. Just as importantly, the Atlantic Honda Team, from Sarah and Belinda, my initial contacts, to Terrell who accompanied me on the test drive, to Richie the manager, Michael and Matt at the desk and the most stellar of sales reps ever, Larry Ellis, who went above and beyond anything I expected, made this experience the best of all purchases I have ever made. Larry took his time, answered all our questions, and made us feel like "family", with ZERO pressure and none of the typical "car dealer" sales pitches (which can make your head spin). He introduced us to his manager Rich Lobraico, who was also incredibly warm, friendly and professional. They handled us with care, helped with the lease return and we now own a beautiful certified pre-owned 2014 Honda Pilot with low miles.
