Larry took his time, answered all our questions, and made us feel like "family", with ZERO pressure and none of the typical "car dealer" sales pitches (which can make your head spin). He introduced us to his manager Rich Lobraico, who was also incredibly warm, friendly and professional. They handled us with care, helped with the lease return and we now own a beautiful certified pre-owned 2014 Honda Pilot with low miles. I can't say enough about how pleasant the experience was. :) More

After the insurance company paid out for my totaled car, I continued looking for a replacement. It was not until I met Larry I found the car. For decades, I had wanted a Camry. I was very hesitant at first because December 2016 was the VERY LAST PAYMENT on my Corolla, and I had looked forward to no payments. I have to say, after almost a month with the car I know I did the right thing. The handling is miles apart from my old car, very sturdy. The defrost function is amazingly fast, and I have used the auto start numerous times. And with the ECO system in place, I have only gassed up completely once after almost a month. I judge a salesperson on the product sold, and Larry knew what I wanted before I did. Excellent job. More

James Gracey '16' CRV Larry Ellis gets five stars in my book. After a number of used cars my son and I had looked at, I decided to lease a new CRV. Larry was more than help Larry Ellis gets five stars in my book. After a number of used cars my son and I had looked at, I decided to lease a new CRV. Larry was more than helpful with showing us every single car, working up deals for me on every one and had more patience than any other sales person i have ever worked with at previous dealerships in the past. He also went as far as detailing the truck himself after getting it back from prep center and car wash. He was outside himself with a microfiber towel drying all the excess water off and waxing out the leftover glue from the protective covers from when it was shipped. My son and I was very impressed with how he takes a lot of pride in his work and what he is selling. All transactions went smooth. The best thing about the whole deal was how up front he was with everything all numbers discussed were within a couple dollars from each other. No bait and switch moves tried at all at this place. I would recommend this place along with Larry to anyone looking for a Honda. It was well worth the 30+ mile out of my way to come and check out this place. Larry, Thanks for all you help.
