Her old car was beyond help and she was forced to buy anew one. We looked at Hondas because I have had great luck with them. She first tried a Civic and liked but wanted to wait over night to see if she still would like it the next day. We went back and the sales man Larry Ellis could see she was not enthusiastic and suggested she drive two other cars. She really liked the way the Accord felt and decided to take that one. There are a lot of new things for her to get used to but Larry explained every feature to her. She is still a little anxious because this car has so many things her old car lacked. ( I have purchased 3 Accords from Larry in recent years) I feel very comfortable dealing with him. Rich LoBraico the manager was very helpful and Dave Shapiro made getting through all the paperwork a breeze. This is the least pleasant part of the process and he did it quickly.
