HOWEVER the team at Atlantic Honda were able to surpass my expectations at every level. I had the unique pleasure of interacting with many team members at Atlantic Honda: Larry Ellis, Frank Fardette, Charlie (from Finance) and Rick Alessi (GM). All of which treated me with respect, were professional, took their time to understand my needs and found the car I wanted within my budget, at an affordable price point. Larry was our salesperson and he was OUTSTANDING. Being in the in the sales/service arena myself, I know what it takes to deliver an exceptional customer service experience and I can honestly say Larry more than delivered!!! Courteous, professional, service with a smile, knowledgeable, honest and confident are just a few words I would use to describe my interactions with Larry. Larry was not hesitant to answer my questions and took his time with us throughout every step of our car buying experience. Larry tactfully explained every step of the process and kept us informed throughout as far as what would happen next...what we needed to do...and even personally took care in ensuring that our new 2016 Honda Pilot was 'camera ready' for delivery and handoff. The showroom itself is brand new, neat, clean and organized - where else can you get a back massage, have a few hot dogs, get your nails done and oh yeah buy/lease a car all under one roof?
