I put off trading in my vehicle for months because I did not want to deal with the painstaking process of visiting the stereotypical car dealership where everyone swarms you as you enter and immediately you feel like they'd sell you the garbage cans if you show interest. However, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by staff but not overwhelmed. This made me feel like they actually cared about me and not "the sale." The staff....(FRANK T, LARRY, CLYDE, GM RICK AND MANY OTHERS0 were the most helpful and professional group I have ever dealt with.
