He provided me with a break down of the car price, unlike other dealers he didn't focus on payment. Overall Caeden was amazing, he was prompt with his communication, gave us a clear breakdown on cost w/no surprises, and overall nice guy. Larry helped up finance, he was also great, it's obvious that Larry knows his stuff. All in all, everyone we dealt with at Anastos was amazing. 10/10 would recommed!

During the process of purchasing my 2023 Jeep I noticed a
corrosion issue with the hood. The Anastos team worked with me to have it repaired under the vehicle OEM warranty. When Palmen refused to file the

Thank you for the honest response. You are absolutely right that a back up key is important. We also understand that your disappointment in feeling that our follow up did not match the level of service you expected after purchasing your dream car from us. While we are grateful to hear that you are enjoying the GR Corolla itself, we regret that this issue left a negative impression on your experience with my team. That was never our intention. For context, replacement fobs are typically much less expensive than what dealerships often charge retail, which is part of why we regret not resolving this sooner before you incurred the $630 expense. We appreciate the candid feedback and will absolutely use this as a learning experience internally to improve communication moving forward.
